Just did a 24 hr fast. Will skip dinner again to try to get into ketosis again. So annoyed its so easy for me to get up to 80kg in Winter
175.3 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
