Had my first meal from a restaurant meal (1/2 grilled chicken salad) and a small shot sized amount of a Keto smoothie. First time I guessed on calories and macros from entering in ingredients. I'm back to being super cautious tomorrow. :)
171.2 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
