I'm sticking quite well to the diet, but my weight has a 3-4 pound variance on a day to day basis. I hit 210 a week ago, but can't seem to get back down to that. I stayed on phase 1 for 4 weeks, which seems like long enough so I'm starting Phase 2 today. I really have to find more time to exercise. I get home from work between 5 and 6 and it's too cold out lately to walk. I'm so tired I rarely exercise at all during the week. I know I'll have better luck losing the weight if I can get moving. I do continue to feel quite well physically, so I know it's the right thing to be doing!
212.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

Gosh a lot of us have weight fluctuations. Don't let it worry you. If you know your eating right it will happen for you. My weight stalled. When I switched to phase 2 my weight started coming off again pretty steady (1-2 lbs a week like the book says)
