Funny---I was doing okay.
Goals: 1. Record what I eat. 2. Only eat what I bring to work. 3. Quit smoking. 4. Exercise program including yoga. 5. Drink more water.
For two weeks, I am only going to focus on drinking water, recording what I eat and not noshing on snacks all day.
