Ate a lot of vegetables and fruits this week. Surprised at how much I've lost the first week. Drink lots of water too. Hope to do as well or better this week. Glad I joined the Challenge. I think doing the Curves Circuit helped a lot too. Hope everyone else had a great week too. Don't give up take baby steps.
201.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
