Things are going pretty well what with my sisters illness and all. This causes me to stress out and makes my blood sugars go up so I have to load in the chicken and turkey to keep it down as much as possible. I will be glad when the yoga class starts the 28th. If it goes well I just may sign up for the line dancing also. Its hard to exercise in a small apartment so I guess I need to make other plans if I want to be at my healthiest best this summer.
