Well my weight appears to be stalled at the moment at the same place it stalls everytime I get to this point. I will just trudge on until the weight slides in my favor. It does not help that its winter and icy here right now so that eliminates walking. Not that I could go far in a cast half way to my knees.
I believe I need some TLC. Maybe I will get a perm this weekend or buy something pretty just because........

great idea! A little pampering will do your spirits good! Everyone hits platueus at times, just keep at it, don't give up. Try tweaking your diet here and there and see if it helps.
