Hey everyone, Well I have made it through another week. I had a couple of small stumbles through the week but for the most part I have done really good. There was only one day that I didn't work out. I was so physically drained. But I have made it up for it the rest of the days by doing 2-3 workouts in the day. It feels good to work out again. I hope everyones' week was good.

I agree w/ Piggy72, any movement is better than none. :) Don't be so hard on yourself for not working out for a day. If you feel too tired and drained, sometimes the best exercise is getting rest. Don't overwork yourself!
