*Reminder* Summary of what to eat. 1. Eat all meats as pure as you can and enjoy them salted without sauce 2. Add salt to taste and use butter or mustard if you want to add flavour to your meat 3 Ask people to cook the dish on the menu to Keto style. Use my script: “can you cook in butter or palm oil, I cannot take vegetable oil as it makes me sick” 4. Eat 70% fats and start every meal and Everyday with fats. Bacon and eggs are good breakfast choices. 5. Snack on fried chicken skin or grilled organs or cheese. You can even cut up butter into cubes to enjoy with a cup of coffee. 6. *Forget fruit!* 7. Cook with the recommended oil which I sent to all of you 8. Keep protein to 0.8g per kilo of your body weight *if you don’t work out* 9. Just aim at 0 carbs. You’ll invariably end up eating some. *No bread, rice noodles, cakes, starches, flour, batter on meat etc*. 10. Zero processed (man made) food (this includes fish cakes, meatballs, nuggets) 11. *Zero sugar* 12. Anything that grows underground, don’t touch, carrots, potatoes, etc all grow underground It’s that simple. Life becomes simple, you eat to live you get to enjoy unadulterated fresh food.
