I just had a good morning cardio session. I was on the treadmill for 35 minutes, and alternated between 7mph and 3.4mph the whole time, mostly with an incline of 5, but 3 for the first few minutes.

The machine claimed I burned 359 kcal.

My goal is to be able to run the 5K on March 8th, at the Gate River Marathon. I travelled about 2.59 miles today. Move up to 3 miles travelled by the 15th.

Later on, I'm working out my back, and plan on pumping it up. Afterwards, I'll run again for 20 minutes, and I'll follow that with an abs and calf workout.

I'll work out my calves on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.

I'll work out my abs on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and, if I feel like it, Sunday.

ADDENDUM: Maybe I should eat a little more, since my cardio sessions are this intense.

WOW! I'm exhausted from reading your workout! Be carefull not to hurt yourself and remember to do some stretches. Great job!

Thanks. I'm pretty careful about warming up - I warm up for 3 minutes at 3mph first. My goals are to run my first 5K in almost a month, so I'm pretty excited about getting in shape for it.
