New keto diet. first week down 12 lbs. Mostly water o.k. did really good today by the numbers. Keto strips needed to make sure.

I thought I needed keto stips to start out too, but I was too cheap to buy them. Your skin will start to smell lightly fruity, you will go through a short period of transition when you will feel a little more tired and slightly confused "keto flu" but once you are past that, you will know when you are in ketosis, you will feel more energized, more metal clarity. Its amazing the difference when your body runs on fat and not sugar!!
