I lost 3.5 lbs to start. I'm ready for the challenge to start so I am pushed to add exercise. I have a long way to go but hope I am able to finally change the way I eat.
293.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 148.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
