Swam for 2.5 hours today ... 2 hours of that was in HR zone 2 and 3.. my HRM actually issued a warning for me to stop! That's one way to get rid of water weight...
229.8 lb Lost so far: 232.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
