My family joined a gym & I am going with them, wanted to make sure I can do this before putting money out. I had gained a few pounds back & now back to exact same weight I was when I last weighed in. I measured myself last Fri & again yesterday & after a week of working out I have lost 10 inches overall. I feel like I am heading in the right direction and plan now to go forward in that direction. Seems like a lofty goal but I want to lose all my extra weight in the next 6 months. Making a big life change then & want to start it healthy & fit. Moving to a new location & do not want the people there to know the me I am now. I will be the confident person I feel that is hiding under this weight.
