Yes I did as I had two cups of rice and fish and two tonics with a gin. Oops! Now realising the calorie content. Thank you though.

Rice has so many calories, usually I only have 1/2 or 3/4 when I feel like getting wild 😜

Yes moderation is a must if we want to be successful I know 3/4 ain’t that much but when u make it the norm u will be satisfied with that amount 😋
