Did my Zumba and Yoga classes last night....issue was there wasn't any air conditioning in the workout room!! I cannot remember the last time I worked out so hard that there was sweat rolling down my legs; it was so hot in there. You know that you are slick and sweaty when your yoga instructor pulls some poses out of her routine because how slippery everyone (and your mats) are!! Afraid we'd all lose some teeth trying to hold a Crow pose! Now it's kick-boxing tonight, let's hope there is air, or I am going to look more like a raisin than a smooth sexy grape!!
