I am following the plan and doing well. I am still not writing down what I am eating. I need to work on this. None the less I am losing :)

I know it is very, very hard to write down what you eat, but try to do it each time you put something in your mouth and it will make it so much easier. I have problems on the weekends, but I have been on this program for so long that I can remember EVERYTHING that I have ate and write it down on Sundays. You are doing great, keep up the good work. By the way, you have SIX chidlren, is that right? God Bless you and your family, you have your hands full....

If you get in the habit of pre-planning that will help with your documenting the foods you have eaten, but with 6 kids I don't know when you'll have the time! Wow, I envy you. I would love to have 6 kids, we have two and are thankful that they were possible. So I'll live the dream thru you! You'll do fine. Great to have you here.
