Had a bad week. I did not follow plan and I did not use my food journal. My goals for this week are to exercise at least 3 times this week, write everything that I eat in my food journal, and drink my water.

Wow -- great goals want2!!! I have to keep my diary right here at my computer - or I don't keep up with it very good at all. As for exercise, I suppose I ought to 'copy' your goal!!!
