Glad the scale is moving. I will see how today goes and decide if it is worth it. I miss food and dreamed of steak. This Fat Fast keeps me semi-full. I just don't feel that great. As expected.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
