As for the Fat Fast, for me, not so much. 1 lb. But through doing it I did a lot of research on Keto. I love to cook and there are a lot more food choices with Keto than Atkins. I even made a High Fat Low Carb Coffee Ice Cream last night (not super thrilled with it but I will keep experimenting). So I think I am going to start moving more towards Keto.

I honestly believe Keto, with all of the food choices, can become WOE without guilt.

Agreed, Kimberiefielding! I've found it much easier to stick to LCHF/keto than any other way of eating.
