Today I can't even try to log my lunch because I went to Mongo's Mongolian Grill. I can tell you some of what I had though:
Asian Veggie Mix
Mushrooms
Yellow Peppers
Baby Corn
Spinach
Bok Choy
Salmon
Tilapia
Crab
Chicken
Various sauces (this is what will get me)
Egg
Brown Rice

I certainly could have done much worse for a work lunch.
