This says 8am until 2 pm. Do you think they are pushing those times? Or just the eating window to be 6 hours? My eating window already is 7, sometimes 8 hours.

I think that is simply a suggested time. You can do whatever works for you. I feel better skipping breakfast and starting my day with coffee and cream. I WAIT until I actually GET HUNGRY, then I have a salad or soup usually around 3-4 pm with a light dinner around 7. It takes some practice and a certain amount of discipline but I am comfortable with this schedule. I don’t get bloated or sluggish. It’s like buying shoes...you’ve got to see what fits. PS: Late night can be a challenge if a sweet tooth attacks. I reach for strawberries in heavy cream, no sugar OR an occasional tangerine or peach.

Also it's strange to think how they used to push breakfast on us saying it was the must important meal of the day. I've eaten only two meals a day for a very long time though anyway. I just have my first one around noon now instead of ten.

I usually eat 9 to 4 because binge eating is a problem for me. This helps me curtail evening binging b/c I am fasting.
