Sacral-iliac injection this am at UCLA. Oh it’s getting sore.......

201.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I’ve alternated walking with rest, Ice. Not bad. PT starts tomorrow!

Can you take ibuprofen? Taking that prior to PT would lesson the irritation (pain). Good luck.
