I know I said weigh-ins would only be on Sundays to avoid daily discouragement but this one was too good not to post up. After a 3 mile walk during work, a walk around the grocery store and a mile on the treadmill (maxed at 3.5mph and 6 incline), I was feeling excellent yesterday, hot off the heels of an active and productive weekend. Though I know my cyclical patterns, I am trying like hell to keep this going and right now, all I feel is success. Super stretch goal of 190 by June 1st might not be attained but I plan to get damn close at this rate.
