well the scale has not moved this week at all and i have eaten less then i have burned all week, so what the heck is going on? Is my metabolism slowing down, how can that be possible that i have not lost anything even though i have eaten less then i have burned by more then 1000 cal a day? I am puzzled. I will just keep my head up that is all. 127 i am trying to get closer to you.

Because sometimes when you exercise alot and do not give your body the fuel it needs, it will think it's "starving" and hold on to what it can (which means staying the same or even gaining on the scale). Our bodies do strange things. Most experts say to not go under 1200 calories a day (especially if you exercise). It sounds like you have not eaten enough! Try eating a little more this week (healthy foods: fruit, veggies, lean protein), and see if it doesn't make a difference. Good luck!

Keep your chin up S*pop! We all to thru a 'lull', but you have to stay positive. We are here for you :) I love your dog! I too have a Cocker Spaniel, he is full black, is just over a year old, and still quite a puppy! They are really fun though, just like a little person :)
