well all in all it was a ok day. i came to work early so that makes this a 12 hour shift today and for the next three days. I pray that i can fit my exercise in there. I have been doing so well the last week or so with eating and with exercise i have done well the last two days. i am proud of myself. i wish i was not a depressed as i am today. I talked to an old friend and some sensitive subjects came up between us and i wonder about certain aspects of my life. i need to get back to being happy and go lucky again, wait, i have never been that happy but i have been happier then i am now. i have felt a change in this pair of jeans that i wear so hopefully something is happening. Maybe i will get on the scale after i wake up this morning. well 127 here i come :(
