I'm feeling pretty good about sticking to a diet. Although being a night owl, I find it hard to resist the urge to snack. That's why I bought carrots though. I'm also trying to stop staying up so late and get to bed at a reasonable time. I want to wake up early and enjoy the mornings. Quitting drinking is the hardest part for me. I mean, I will more than likely have a glass of wine or two with dinner in the future but that's it. I realize that I am the kind of person who isn't satisfied unless I drink until I blackout. That's no good. However, I am staying strong and already down six pounds... just another 50+ to go!
