Wow, less than one week in and I am down almost ten pounds! It's taking me a lot of sacrifice, but it's worth it. The smoothies I have for breakfast are delicious and filling and I try to have a light lunch. I should be eating a little more for dinner, but that will come when I start working out more.

Wow! down 10 pounds in one week that is terrific! I am just starting the shakes today! I was recently doing shakes from idealshape and they were okay but decided to try vi!
