Well, where to start? My name is Brian and I'm 30 years old. I lost all kinds of weight and was in great shape one year ago. You see, my car had broken down and I had no choice but to ride a bike 15 miles a day. This greatly improved my weight. My first bike was stolen and then a replacement caused me to wreck at over 20 mph. The bike was ruined. Then, after doing very well in college my parents rewarded me with a vehicle. I completely stopped working out at this point and I had also quit my job in a restaurant to focus on college. This left me pretty much lazy. Anyway, here I am now trying to get back in shape and make some serious life changes. I hope to get to know some people that are on a similar path. Perhaps we can work together to keep the motivation flowing.
