It was like being "home" yesterday. Eating this way, only God's food - how I used to like to call it, moving my body - not much, but more than I have in 2 months, and regaining my optimism about having my life back. Best thing is that this is sustainable. This is Lifestyle. Love the author and her approach, writing style, body at 52 years old, and that this is a big community of successful Clean Eaters. I love you Tracy Anderson, and I gave it all I had, but I needed to move on to Lifestyle Eating & Exercise.
138.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
