Hello Journal! Slowly getting back into the good training mode: after a harsh beginning this month, I have finally found my pace back since last week! I ran 8kms (Tuesday) / 8kms (Thursday) then 11.5kms last night. Crap summer weather (light rains, and temperature around 15° celsius), but just ideal to run! ;-)
