Taking things slowly in hopes of building up good habits. Last week was rough with the Intermitten Fasting. I mean...I managed to make it but ended my fast an hour earlier than anticipated. I think it's because of TOM but ah well. I didn't do too badly I believe. I wish I would have been a little more consistent with working out last week but ah well. Today is a new day and I have been successful in getting in my cardio. Yeah, it wasn't as much of a burn as I wanted but it's something.
