BK: 1.2 mmol/L BG: 113 mg/dL - Had a NSV yesterday. Had to see the doctor for a travel consult in the morning on my way into work. I had my usual 40ish oz of coffee for the road, got their early so hung out at the nearby Starbucks and grabbed a vente blonde with ice instead of room while I waited. showed up at the doctors and my BP was 108/70. coming from an old guy (50) that was on high blood pressure meds before starting this diet 2.5 years ago (I've been off all meds for the last 2 years now), I'm feeling pretty good.
249.6 lb Lost so far: 114.1 lb.    Still to go: 65.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Glad that you have now maintained healthy blood pressure. I used to drink as much coffee as you do. Now I just drink about 10 to 20 oz.
