OK Here we are back at that precipice again! Oh my! The weekend is here, I'm on the hairy edge of getting to 289. What will I do? Will I make the right choices? I think I have some good plans in place. Getting ready this weekend for daughter's graduation from law school next weekend. That is another hurdle that is coming along. My trainer got sick so I didn't work out this morning with weights but tomorrow I am.

I have my list of things to do and I plan on keeping busy!

Have a fun weekend everyone! Keep on trying.
290.4 lb Lost so far: 61.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hell with making the right choices, simply make the best choices you can with what you want to do, for each moment. You continue to do very good things for yourself!

Maybe just look at the weekend as simply another day and you may not psych yourself out so much. Maybe it'll help you. Because from what I read all week long, you really have a good grip on this but as soon as the weekend approaches you get all flustered - just saying... :)
