Hi everyone! Well, here we go it's Thursday and if you look at my weight chart I lose all week and binge eat on the weekend and then gain 5 pounds and start over again. So what am I doing different this weekend? First off, I'm not going over to the junk food emporium (aka boyfriend's house).

Second, I work out on Sat morning and I think on Sunday I will take a walk around the park. Where I live we have a park filled with Lilacs and flowering trees. It has significant hills and paths throughout the beautiful trees and bushes. It would be a nice challenging walk if I went there.

Third, I'm going to cook some meals for next week. I found this website called lowcarbyum which has all kinds of nice recipes. I am going to make stuffed peppers and quiche. The quiche recipe has a cauliflower crust that sounds good.

So I have a plan on how to #grinditout as Jimmiepop says. :) I hope everyone has a successful day. Remember, there are many ways to measure success. You may gain weight, but if you keep trying that's a good success in my book.

Awesome ny-shelly! Good to have a plan. I find when i cook it motivates me to eat right because there is healthy, delicious, pre-portioned food on hand! Rooting for you!

You can do this - it is nor rocket science - and why can"t the BF support you by keeping the junk out of your sight?

Yeah, the bf has a cupboard full of the stuff. He lives with his sister and she is a horribly bad diabetic but yet refuses to eat healthy. She is not extremely educated about healthy eating but she does know that sugar = bad for her yet when I made a comment about "Why is there a container of sugar on the table? No one here should be eating that," she kind of went bananas about it. So I just keep my mouth shut now. She does all the food shopping and buys all of that crap. BUT I think it's still on me to stay out of that stuff. I have to be mentally tougher than that. The problem is that right now I'm not being tough enough, so I need to stay away and practice. I need to get under 290 once and for all!

YUP - do what best works for you...I don't know your situation but maybe the BF can come to your house once in the while so you can control the environment!
