I'm not happy about today, I was hoping to lose at least a couple pounds but actually went up .3 lbs which isn't much so she said I need to eat more small meals throughout the day and drink more water. Will I'm happy it wasn't a high weight gain and I know I can lose more this week now.
212.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
