I tried to cut my calories back last night because of my reduced activity due to my injury. Was not successful. Oh well it just means my weight loss will be slower it was not exactly failure. Trying to see it that way. Today is a new day. I did have some activity yesterday I rode the bike at the gym for an hour. Supposedly that was 200 cal of energy used. I am so trying to get below 200! Patience is a virtue I need to remember that.
