Happy loss.
I was a little worried because I've been unable to workout as regularly as I'd like for the last few weeks.
But I've been relatively faithful to the diet.
I am concerned that I'll loose muscle instead of fat if I'm unable to workout regularly.
The belly is much reduced these days. but ive still got a little donut/bagel I'd like to get rid of.
Ever onward!
234.3 lb Lost so far: 45.7 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh, I know how you feel, staying on top of a diet and exercise is a ton of work! Keep it up! I know you can do it!
