The kids brought a head cold into the house this week. I skipped two workouts and I've felt rather congested. on the up side I've stayed semi-good on my diet. it appears to be paying off still. 1.5 down this week.
Coming up on 50lbs lost since January. Pretty awesome.
237.4 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
