No change this week. As sad as that is, I'm glad I didn't gain any weight lol. I need to kick up my work out schedule. It's been so hot this week that I've been super lazy. I will have to figure out a good routine for the heat to get back on to a good regime.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
