Not sure why but my stomach is full and a bit nausea I think my meal was too much I think. 7oz of smoothie, and a rather small size of yellow grits and tow pcs of white rice toast bread with quite a bit of honey spreaded on it plus about a teaspoon of the honey spread in my grits..

Yesterday after eating a subway turkey sandwich with spinach,cucumber and a smal squirt of honey mustard about an hour after ingesting I started getting heart palpatations also I suspect it's the wheat either from the white bread on wednesday or the doritos from earlier today
