May have finally backed away from "sugaring out," my (evidently favorite) maladaptive response to all the stress of moving & of getting that Covert Narcissist out of my life. The acid test for my sugar addiction -- looking at the chocolate bars at the store -- resulted in me thinking, "Yccch! I'd rather go home and eat those yummy fajita-flavored leftovers in the fridge." Cacao and healthy fats FTW!
155.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

PokeyJack, re: lactose intolerance and butter -- You might try clarified butter ("ghee"). The milk solid are removed. It can be expensive to buy at health food stores, but you can also clarify your own butter.
