Over the last 8 years I have watched my weight go up and up and up and up and up and well you get the point. I have decided that this is the last year I will suffer weight gain.

Today is my first day on the Fat Smash and I am determined to lose my excess weight once and for all. My goal is to lose 70 pounds by December 1 2008. I want to go into the new year turning heads.
