Worked so so so hard this week with staying on track and my fitness/work out regimen. Period bloat and water retention still happening, so I initially was discouraged with my progress. I had to remember to give it a few more days and it should regulate itself. I need to remember that a loss of 1 pound a week ain't bad at all! I suppose I'm just used to the old 2-2.5 pounds a week from when I was just started and much heavier.
It recently struck me: I've almost lost 50 pounds. I'm hanging around 47 pounds lost right now. It's such a huge number, and it makes me so happy. I still have aways to go before hitting my ultimate goal, but I'm so close to the 100's I can taste it. I haven't been under 200 pounds since high school. It's such an achievement for me. I need to keep on going!
