.....within the last few days I not only fell off the wagon, but I hit the ground, rolled a few feet and was then run over by the vehicles of sugar and fat....
Apparently my will power up and took a vacation without telling me. I ended up having two homemade tacos the other night for dinner instead of one, and yesterday at work I completely broke down to the temptation of cookies, doughnuts and a milkshake T-T (not to mention the three hot dogs for dinner....)
I'm so mad at myself. If I could've kept myself away from all the unnecessary sugar it wouldn't have been so bad....
a small silver lining to all of this, however, is that the sugar really made me feel strange. After wolfing down the doughnut, I suffered a huge hot flash, followed by approximately 15 minutes of hyper-nervous energy where I couldn't sit still. I felt like a child that'd just downed a full can of Coke. I guess that means my body has adjusted to a lowered sugar intake...
