done working out early in the morning , 30 minutes hiphop abs . Maintaining my 1200 - 1300 calorie plan. Im having a headache now i dont know if im hungry i already eaten 1 hard boiled egg and coffee for breakfast . Lunch a bowl of sauted vegetable and 1 boiled egg.. is my energy low? Or am i dehydrated. I need to fight this craving, maybe i'l eat pineapple later to satisfy my cravings for sweet.
