I dont know how to start losing weight again. I somehow lose my interest because the one that keeps me motivated disappointed me by ignoring me and earning criticism from him. Its not easy to lose weight but i am determined to change my lifestyle.

I am not getting any younger, i really need this to be healthy inside and out. I am tired of hearing people's opinion that i should really lose weight..
What can i get if i start losing weight now and commit myself to loss weight journey? I know i will be healthy as soon as i start losing weight also it will add me more confidence.

Do this for yourself...other people dont like us to change - it scares them, that is all.

Just take things one day at a time and never give up! Lifestyle changes take time and learning what your body needs and want...good luck:D
