Not sure why the darn scale went up today....and yup I'm weighing almost everyday again to get a grip on fluctuations in weight that occur with my eating schedules...My body is finding it's new set point and I don't agree with it...
My "ideal weight" for my height is said to be 120-124! I haven't been that weight since high school :) I sure would like to be around 130-135. Right now want to be happy to be healthy...no negatives here.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 July 2012:
