I do not have any expectations of loss when I officially weigh in on Friday. I did a "sneak peek" this morning and it wasn't great. I am, without a doubt in my mind, retaining fluids. So I need to up my fluid intake and exercise today and tomorrow and I might come in even for my next weigh in. That's okay. I had two really good weight loss weeks in a row. There will be more. I didn't gain it overnight, I'm not going to lose it overnight. I've just got to keep my eyes on the prize!
