Hola!! I'm 28 with my May B-Day just passing and heading into my 30's. Amazing how time progresses, two 1/2 years ago, I reached my max weight without conscientiously being aware of it, about 200, until I was on the scale and saw some pictures of myself. During this time, I've been somewhat on the Weight Watchers program, losing 23 lbs and keeping it off, along with steadily working out.
PORTION CONTROL has been the most challenging for me ESPECIALLY ON THE WEEKENDS. During the week I'm a champ and I watch the # on the scale go down, but then I have moments of binge eating and it's disastrous. Now I'm determined to watch the number on the scale decrease by sticking to the program again ESPECIALLY since my sister has jumped on the wagon. She challenges my food intake, and I challenge her workout schedule. This healthy competition is working out pretty good for us.
I've learned that sharing helps spread the calories!!! hehe
